Established in Belfast in 2004 PMD Switchgear Designs & Manufactures Low voltage Switchboards, Mccb Distribution boards, Generator changeover panels, Supply Authority Metering cubicles and CT Chambers, Direct on line and star delta starters & Custom made earth and neutral bars.

With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of electrical equipment our aim is to provide good quality switchgear at a competitive price.

Our Switchgear is designed using the most up to date design software and all drawings are available in both Auto cad and PDF Formats for approval.

All our switchboards are suitable for use with any manufactures equipment so that we can suit consultants specifications for each Project. 

Quality Control

Quality control is carried out throughout and at the end of the manufacturing process of our switchgear, They are then subjected to a 4kv or 2.5kv flash test dependant on the components used in the switchboard.

All shields, fasteners, earth bonding & labeling are then checked to make sure it corresponds to the customers specifications.

Quality of service

Since Opening we have always invested in new equipment and machinery to improve and speed up the manufacturing of our switchboards in order to attract new customers as well as servicing all our existing Clients.
